Health is wealth. I do not find a better quote to start this post. One has to keep in mind that all the money earned in the individuals’ lively hood is to have fine food and sustain a healthy life for longer period. One can be healthy by preventing almost all the diseases by regularly exercising in the gym. It is very important to know that the maximum portion of the food taken in should be burnt as calories. If that is exceeding the work limit, the food is stored as fat in individuals body. This causes incredible number of diseases in individual’s body. Going to gym is the best way to burn the unwanted and excess calories. I have been going to gym since I was 16 years of age. Initially I was suggested to do aerobic work, as weightlifting is not recommended as such an age. Right now, I am 22 years of age.
